The companies MEBF and STI have joined forces to offer an integrated service in the Defense sector. These two independent structures are involved in metal parts manufacturing. Complementary to each other, they provide a comprehensive cutting-edge service in the production of parts for weapon assembly. MEBF and STI have been long-standing suppliers to FN Herstal and CMI DEFENCE.
MEBF
MEBF is located in Herstal, in the former site of Métaux Emboutis. It has workshops for machining, bending, laser cutting, pressing, welding, and assembly covering an area of 6,000 m2.
- MEBF designs, manufactures, and assembles precision mechanical components and equipment in small and medium series.
- MEBF works with materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and PVC.
- MEBF has a diverse machinery park that enables laser cutting, punching, machining, bending, welding, cutting/stamping, surface treatment, finishing, and assembly activities.

STI
STI has a complete machining site: milling, turning, welding, and assembly, covering an area of 2,700 m² located in Hauts-Sarts, Liège.
- STI is a machining workshop specializing in the manufacturing of high-precision metal parts in medium and large series (from 1,000 to 100,000 pieces).
- STI works with all metals.
- STI has a state-of-the-art machinery park consisting of around twenty machining machines (5-axis milling machines, CNC twin-spindle lathes, Y-axis dual-axis…) fully automated.
